At Source View, we aim to simplify our customers’ lives by providing a one-stop turnkey service. This service includes product design, prototype creation, mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, assembly, packaging, shipping and third party logistics (3PL).
The world of consumer electronics continues to evolve, driven by continuous technological innovation and tech-savvy consumers, resulting in an ever-increasing demand for such products. To meet this demand, YG people are constantly developing new products, exploring new fields, improving product quality, and working toward specialized mass production.
- Obtain all the required specifications and pass them on to the engineering department to commence CAD design. The design process will continue until the customer provides their approval, with an estimated completion time of 1-2 weeks.
- The next process will involve designing the mold, followed by the fabrication of the mold, sampling, and obtaining approval for the Golden Sample. This entire process is expected to take around 2-3 weeks.
- Lastly, after the confirmation of packing details, the next steps will include high-quality mass production and shipment, with an estimated completion time of 3 weeks.
